Price and shipping:
The listed price of the product always includes VAT. The only cost that will be added when paying for the product is 69 SEK in shipping fee (sent with Postnord within Sweden).
For shipping within EU the shipping cost is 14 euro with DHL.

Delivery:
The product will be sent from Hugo & Vera within 2-3 business days. The package is trackable, so that you can follow the package and see the estimated delivery date.

Hugo & Vera AB is responsible for the product until it has been handed over to you from the pick-up point. After that, you are fully responsible for the product.

Return Policy:
At Hugo & Vera we hope that you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you for some reason aren’t satisfied with your purchase you are able to return the product to us.
The product needs to be returned in the same condition as when received, and sent back within 14 days (from the date you collected the product from the pick-up point).

When the item has been returned and checked by Hugo & Vera, the amount you paid for the product (minus the shipping fee 69 SEK within Sweden) will be paid back to the same account as when purchased. This may take 3-5 business days depending on your method of payment.
Should the item be damaged, the return policy does not apply and a return is not possible.

When returning a product, the customer must first email matilda@hugoandvera.comto confirm that you are eligible for the return.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product back to Hugo & Vera AB.

Package not collected:
If the package has not been picked up and sent back to us, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 500 SEK .

Authenticity:
It is important for us that you as a customer feel safe when buying products from us.

Therefore we always verify the authenticity of a product with help from an independent professional authenticator company.
If an item passes the authenticity check it will be put out for sale.

With every purchase you will receive a ”Certificate of Authenticity” from us that is personal for your product.

With us, every product has a lifetime guarantee of authenticity. Should it turn out that a product is not authentic, you will receive full compensation.
